Frequently asked questions.

How do I know if this course is right for me?

This course is right for you if you’re seeking a more comprehensive, integrative approach to fertility—one that supports not only your body, but also your mind and spirit. Whether you’re:

  • Trying to conceive naturally

  • Preparing for IUI or IVF

  • Experiencing unexplained infertility

  • Navigating hormonal imbalances, PCOS, or endometriosis

  • Healing after loss or feeling disconnected from your body

  • Looking to deepen your understanding of your cycle, hormones, and womb health

…you’ll find valuable tools, expert guidance, and nurturing support throughout this journey.

If you’ve felt overwhelmed by information or dismissed by traditional care, this program offers an empowering alternative rooted in science, ancient wisdom, and compassion.

If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.

Is this program LGBTQ+ inclusive?

Absolutely. This program is inclusive of all individuals and couples navigating fertility, including queer, trans, and non-binary participants. We honor the many ways families are created and the many bodies and identities that experience the fertility journey.

How long will I have access to the course materials?

You’ll have access to all videos, downloads, and replays for one year. This means you can revisit content whenever it feels supportive, even long after the course ends. If you need access after that year, you can contact us and we can discuss options.

Is this course medically supervised?

No. This is an educational and holistic support program led by licensed and certified practitioners. It does not replace medical care or individualized treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting new supplements, herbs, or protocols.

Are scholarships available?

Yes. We offer a limited number of full and partial scholarships. If you believe you would benefit from a scholarship, please request a scholarship code to use at checkout by emailing: alannah@holistichealthcommunity.org

What is a distant womb healing session, and how does it work?

Distant womb healing is an energy-based practice drawing from Reiki, shamanic healing, and trance healing techniques. Facilitated by Alannah Henneberry, a Shamanic Reiki Healing Master, these sessions are designed to gently clear emotional blocks, release stored trauma, and awaken the body’s natural healing intelligence—even across distance.

Many participants describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to their bodies after a session. These experiences are subtle yet powerful, supporting emotional, energetic, and reproductive well-being.

Sessions are entirely optional and available up to once per week. Because they are conducted remotely, there’s no need to attend a webinar or be online. You can go about your day as usual, or choose to rest during the session to receive its full benefits.

Rooted in ancient practices found in cultures around the world, these sessions are spiritual in nature but not affiliated with any religion.

Who is the Holistic Health Community and what do you do?

Founded in 2012, the Holistic Health Community is a nonprofit organization whose mission is simple yet powerful: holistic healthcare available to all.

We facilitate collaborative holistic healthcare and education through affordable and accessible in-person and virtual offerings, serving nearly 3,800 individuals of all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds each year. No one is ever turned away due to financial barriers.

From community healthcare days and educational courses to special events, such as speaker series, workshops, and classes, our programs are designed to support personal growth, expand consciousness, and promote holistic healing and well-being.

Our newest initiative, Cycle of Tides: Holistic Fertility Support, focuses on women’s health by offering holistic fertility care and long-term reproductive support. In keeping with our mission, this course is intentionally offered at less than the cost of a single session with many of the featured practitioners and experts, ensuring more women have access to the resources they need.
